The feeding unit adopts a leading-edge feeding system equipped with a double feed roller structure to effectively reduce board crushing during high-speed operation. A brush-type dust removal device is integrated, featuring variable-frequency vacuum adjustment to accommodate different board sizes and warped sheets.

Printing Unit
The printing system is equipped with a ceramic anilox roller and doctor blade configuration, while a vacuum suction transfer box ensures smooth and stable cardboard conveyance during printing. Additionally, the system is controlled by a PLC to maintain precise printing operation.

Drying Unit
The drying unit utilizes an infrared heating system. Three air circulation fans ensure that the corrugated board is heated evenly, enabling fast and uniform drying performance.

Slotting Unit
The slotting unit is built with a six-shaft design. Its knives are made from high-quality alloy steel, heat-treated, and precisely ground for durability and accuracy, with a 7mm slot width. These toothed knives ensure sharp cuts and high precision, and the knives' adjustment is controlled by a geared motor, which provides stable and accurate positioning.

Die-Cutting Unit
The die-cutting unit adopts a planetary gear system for precise phase adjustment, operated via a PLC touch screen with fully computerized digital controls. It includes a quick-change rubber pad system and a mechanical speed compensation device to ensure accurate cutting and enhance efficiency.
