Single Head Stitcher

This is our semi-automatic single head stitcher that features a dual servo drive for outstanding efficiency for carton production. The equipment is easily controlled via touch screen interface and carton size and stitching distance can be quickly changed at a moment's notice, saving operating time.

Twin Head Stitcher

The twin head stitcher is a dual-purpose machine designed for single forming cartons, double forming cartons and irregular carton formation. The entire machine is electrically controlled and settings are easily configured within minutes. Carton production line usually ends with a stitching machine and this one features nails that are freely adjustable between 30-120mm. These machines can produce special type boxes without covers.

Arm Wire Stitcher

The manual arm wire stitcher is one of our best-selling machines. The stitching machine features high working speed, smooth functionality and durability that you cannot find anywhere else. The stitcher can complete carton production with single nail and double nail formation depending on the box type.
